Umag, Croatia

We went to Croatia for the first time for an exhibition and we were lucky to find a beautiful place right away – the town of Umag, tiny but delightful. Wonderful beaches on the Adriatic coast, atmospheric restaurants serving local food. Dogs are accepted absolutely everywhere. Of course, there are designated beaches where dogs are not allowed but – believe me – the least attractive 😉 Very nice people and an atmosphere of peace, relaxation and no rush. We are on the border of Croatia and Italy and also historically it is not surprising that the streets in Umag have double names – in Croatian and Italian. Olive groves, vineyards and the Adriatic Sea all around. The whole herd, including me, are deeply in love… We will come back here.
